Terms and conditions for every ride.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Bus and Booz Bali experience. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon boarding.

2. Booking and payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. Prices may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.

3. Alcohol consumption

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 years and above. Bus and Booz Bali reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

4. Guest conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by a guest may be charged to that guest. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

5. Health and safety

Guests participate at their own risk. Please inform the team in advance of any medical conditions or special needs. Bus and Booz Bali is not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour unless caused by gross negligence.

6. Schedule changes and cancellations

Bus and Booz Bali may change itineraries, vehicles, or cancel tours due to weather, operational needs, or force majeure events. In those cases, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund policy

• More than 7 days before the tour: full refund
• 3 to 7 days before the tour: 50% refund
• Less than 72 hours before the tour: no refund
• No-shows are not eligible for a refund
• Date changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability
• Name changes are allowed up to 24 hours before the tour

Refund processing

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Any payment processing fees are non-refundable where applicable.
