Welcome to Bus and Booz Bali! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservation.

Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in any Bus and Booz Bali experience. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon boarding.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol is served only to guests aged 21 years and above. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

4. Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout the tour. Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by a guest will be charged to that guest. Inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.

5. Health & Safety

Guests participate at their own risk. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions or special needs. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the tour unless caused by our gross negligence.

6. Schedule Changes & Cancellations

We reserve the right to change itineraries, vehicles, or cancel tours due to weather, operational needs, or force majeure events. In such cases, guests may reschedule or receive a full refund (see Refund Policy below).

Refund Policy
1. Cancellations by Guests

More than 7 days before the tour: Full refund. 3–7 days before the tour: 50% refund. Less than 72 hours before the tour: No refund.

2. No-Shows

No refunds will be given for guests who fail to appear at the departure point at the scheduled time.

3. Changes to Bookings

Date changes are allowed up to 72 hours before the tour, subject to availability. Name changes are permitted up to 24 hours before the tour.

4. Cancellations by Bus and Booz Bali

If we cancel a tour for any reason (weather, technical issues, etc.), guests will be offered the option to: Reschedule at no extra charge, or Receive a full refund.

5. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original method of payment. Transaction fees (if any) are non-refundable.
